Resort Plaza Unit 5002/03 is a 14-minute (0.6 mile) walk to the Town Lift in the center of downtown Park City. Underground parking is included with this condo, but a car is definitely not necessary. This condo offers A/C for the warm summer months and a cozy fireplace for the chilly winter nights. Utilities are included. A $1000 refundable security deposit as well as a monthly departure cleaning fee of $375 is required at the time of booking. No smoking and no pets.
