It's a twenty minute walk to Sunset Junction and a 30 minute walk to the Silverake reservoir. Minimum one year lease. Owner pays all utilities. No smoking. No guns. No more than one pet; preferably none as there are cats already on the premises and you can pretend they are yours. One parking space with unit but parking on the street is easy. Last month's rent due at signing or arrangements can be made to pay over time. Tenant will be expected to maintain the property to the same standard as they find it, which is to say very clean and well maintained.
