This home was beautifully renovated inside in 2022 prior to my purchase of it. However, since I purchased it, the property outside has also been majorly improved. I removed dozens of trees and a detached garage that was falling apart to make a giant open backyard which I then fenced in with 6 feet tall privacy fence. There are multiple gates to enter the backyard (2 for walking through and 3 for driving through). I also added a concrete pad in the backyard and around the back of the house along with putting up siding on the entire back side of the house.
