The prime location and proximity to Yale University has it close to some great shops, restaurants, nightlife, and all the great/historic landmarks Yale and Downtown New Haven has to offer. The surrounding area has metered on-street parking, metered/non-metered off-street parking, and a parking lot with reasonable rates about 30 meters from the studio. Entire studio is accessible Lease terms are negotiable, however, we do tend to have tenants lease for 1-month and beyond.
