Inside, dial in the vibe w/ the bioethanol fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped for chefs and mixologists to do their thang! KitchenAid professional series appliances.
The main level bedroom is the epitome of luxury outfitted with a king sized bed and reading vignette.
The upper-level loft offers much versatility. Create a separate bedroom. Set up a studio for content creators. Or conquer the world via the ultimate office space.
THE BUILDING & AMENITIES.
This midrise complex is timeless in design. Recently painted with accompanying upgrades, it's never shown so well. Robust property management keeps the grounds clean and the vegetation well-manicured. The vibes are tropical throughout the building.
Book the clubhouse to host a large gathering or celebration. Extend the party onto the outdoor patio equipped w/ firepit, ample bar seating, and outdoor fridge. Only 2% of the buildings in Downtown Long Beach have a clubhouse, a rare find indeed.

LEASE TERMS:
Minimum lease term is 12 months. Longer lease terms are available.
CREDIT SCORE, INCOME REQUIREMENTS, & BACKGROUND CHECKS:
640 minimum credit score. No evictions. Must have minimum before tax monthly income equal to or greater than 2.5X the monthly rent. Proof of income must be provided. Credit/background check required. Debt to income ratio will be calculated.
If management is not satisfied w/ the details of the Zillow application, then prospect tenant may be asked to submit supplemental application through another screening platform. In this instance if you are deemed the successful applicant, then this supplemental screening fee will be reimbursed back to you. If you are approved, then a security deposit will be due in 48 hours to hold the unit. If you back out prior to lease signing you will forfeit $750 of the security deposit or the combined financial consequence of days off market, whichever is greater.
