I would like your free credit check from Experian, questionnaire, and your pay stubs (you can use Zillow for some of this, but I need my questionnaire filled out). No tours before the prescreening questionnaire has been completed and the sample lease must be read. We are local, responsive, long-time landlords. This is our family business, and we take great care of our tenants and properties. Please do not apply if you are unsure of your ability to pay rent on time, as we have a standard practice of filing for eviction after the 10th day if tenants are late, as per Virginia law. Huge upstairs master bedroom with enclosed full bath (jets are not hooked up in the tub) and two large closets. Ample storage throughout. Closets are in all bedrooms except the downstairs bedroom. There is an upstairs hall full bath and a half bath downstairs. Downstairs, there is a large living room/dining room area. The kitchen has a space for a kitchen table. Shed on the patio. Washer and dryer are provided, but will not be replaced if they stop working (we are phasing out providing a washer and dryer). Two cars can fit in the private driveway, and there is street parking close by as well. Schools: Kempsville High School, Larkspur Middle School, Point of View Elementary School. 7-minute drive to Interstate 264. 11-minute drive to Town Center. Food Lion is a 5-minute drive as well as a new 7/11. 23-minute walk to the closest bus stop: Witchduck & Ruritan. Looking for tenants who will clean and look after the place well. Looking for tenants with a strong rental history and/or income to pay rent. No smoking/vaping. Must be willing to mow the small front yard and weed the front yard to keep up curb appeal.
