The apartment also comes with a full-size shared balcony in the front and a small balcony in the back. There is off-street parking for one vehicle per family, with street parking available. Washer and dryer hookups available. Two blocks from the beach; 5-10 minutes away from highway 95 and 91. No dogs and cats allowed but we do allow small animals (e.g., guinea pigs).
