The perfect place to gather as a group will be in the large living area by the fireplace. Lounge on the furniture as you reminisce, make plans, play games, or just chit-chat. The game room opens up to a large foosball tbale and 2 arcade games for the group to enjoy as they relax. Layout: Master Bedroom: King Bed & Crib | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, | Washer/Dryer included Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. * Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet. * Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street. * Longer reservations are welcomed, but minimum of 1 month lease. * Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months. * Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $1000 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. * No parties or events allowed. * Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture.
