PORTABLE TENANT SCREENING REPORT The prospective tenant has the right to provide the landlord with a portable tenant screening report, as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5) of the Colorado revised statutes. Although Landmark Real Estate acknowledges compliant portable screening reports in accordance with HB23-1099, which could exempt you from paying an application fee (or potentially lead to a fee refund), it is still necessary for all tenants to fill out our application.
