The guesthouse has a fenced in front and back yard, with patio equipment, a grill, and childrens playground. It is in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes from downtown Omaha and the airport. We are a 2 minute walk to the lake and nearby park. The unit comfortably sleeps 2 - 4 people as there are two queen sized beds, one bed and one pull out couch. The unit is fully furnished and it currently has a full sized fridge, shower, desk, tv, kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and a hot plate with dishes. Has a brand new small set of a washer and dryer in the unit. Ideally the renter will be looking for a furnished unit and may be staying short to long term temporarily.
No smoking allowed, up to 3 pets allowed. Renters insurance required. Can be month to month or a full year.
