The heating and AC system has been maintained and inspected every year. Full Smart Home setup with HVAC control, light controls, and front and back door automation. Solar Details: Solar provides around 200usd a month in credits from the Idaho power company. Total cost of the solar is 133usd per month. So you will have a net credit of about +50usd per month. We would expect you to take over the payment each month or offer an increased amount to purchase the home and we can pay the solar. Electric Home Battery Backup: Unit is brand new and can power up to 5 days. Backup is not included in the house unless requested.
