This one person Tiny House in a park-like setting along the river in a gated community is a chance to see what the tiny house movement is all about. If has soft close cabinets, quartz countertops, farm sink, under cabinet lighting, laminate flooring, & vaulted ceilings with a large picture window overlooking the green space. The space also includes 190' of indoor/outdoor living space that open on to the green space. There is a $100 monthly fee for sewer, water, garbage and a private storage unit. This is a Certified Backyard Wildlife Sanctuary so no smoking and no pets. Close to I-5, 405, Southcenter Mall & Sea-Tac airport. The Tiny House will be available to view on Saturday, March 6th and ready for move-in shortly thereafter. Please email or text Eric to set up appointment.
