Additional 300 sq ft shared washer/dryer space (onsite laundry!) // Living room + bed + bath // Spacious kitchen // Off-street parking // Utilities included, other than Wifi // Privacy, separate entrance/living space // House: Our home is a 3 bed/2 bathroom house in North Seattle. We live on the top floor which has a front door facing the street. The downstairs, ground level is the rental unit. It is accessed by a private entry way off the driveway or shared entry way in the back. 1 bed/bathroom with a living room area and large kitchen. Central air, no A/C (although cool in summer). Quiet street, huge backyard with many towering trees and a fire pit you're welcome to use (see photos). Location: Residential neighborhood. Walking distance to Fred Meyer/Hellbent Brewery/Kaffeeklatsch/Lake City. Easy bus access to downtown/Fremont/U district. 5 min drive to I-5, 15 min to downtown Seattle w/out traffic. Laundry: Newer washer and dryer in unit. Washer/dryer is in a shared room on your floor. The shared room is used for storage and has some exercise equipment. To move in: First/Last and a $1500 fully refundable deposit to move in. A $29 fee for a background check and multiple character references are required. Good credit is preferred. October 1st or beyond. About us (your humble landlords): I am a 31-year-old professional runner, running coach and backpacking guide. I like to run. Maybe too much? My partner is a 30-year-old grad student at University of Washington (super easy to commute in!) in the Master of Public Health in Nutritional Sciences program. We are both active and enjoy climbing, biking and hiking. I am from Lake City (10 blocks away) and my partner is from Cincinnati. We have a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd. Sorry, but no pets! Search words: Green Lake Park, Green Lake, NSCC, North Seattle Community College, UW, University of Washington, Northgate, Northgate mall, jogging trails, bike lanes, street parking, off street parking, onsite laundry, kitchen, nice, clean, apartment, backyard, shared house 1-year lease, 45 days notice if breaking lease. Owner pays utilities, aside from Wifi. Renter pays for individual Wifi. Shared washer/dryer in ~300 sq/ft utility room. 1 free off-street parking spot. Easy on-street parking for a 2nd car. Require first, last and security deposit, which is one month's rent. No outdoor maintenance required. No pets. No smoking. Multiple character references are required. Good credit and positive housing history is preferred.
