Both baths have furniture type sink/vanity. The porch was replaced with an open-type patio with new roof and keystone columns. Accordion hurricane shutters were placed on all windows. House completely painted outside and all wood was replaced with new material that does not rot. Neighborhood Description My neighborhood is very family oriented. The schools are excellent. The outside of the homes are kept clean and neat and most have been updated outside and inside. The clubhouse is very nice, it has a family pool, adult pool, tennis courts, teen and adult lounges that can be rented for parties. There is an outdoor area that can also be rented for parties with bar-b-ques and tiki hut.
