The layout is unconventional for this reason as well. One of the bedrooms is a walk through bedroom. The apartment was recently vacated and will be available on October 1st. Please note that there are no laundry hookups on the property. The property is well located in a quiet part of South Milwaukee within walking distance of both Rawson school and the senior high. Tenants are responsible for gas and electric while landlord pays for water. To qualify, you must prove a gross monthly income of at least $2,550. We do not rent to people who have been evicted.
