Historic Belhaven is the most popular and important traditional neighborhood in this Capitol City. Originally developed from farmland just a half mile from the State capitol building in the early 1900's. Most of Belhaven was built from 1925 to 1955. Sales here range from just under $200,000 to $550,000.
