The apartment consists of a living/dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There are concrete stairs leading to the apartment. The North apartment is occupied by a full time tenant. The house at 134 San Marco (directly in front of this apartment) and the 2 story house next door at 132 are vacation rentals. There is a laundry facility downstairs in 134 1/2 that is used to maintain the vacation rentals that you may use. You'll need to provide your own laundry cleaners and supplies.
