The clean and well kept home is completely furnished for short term rentals. Laundry is in the garage. There is also a small private patio. Cable and WiFi included. Downtown Flagler Beach is 4 miles south with lots of great restaurants and shopping. St. Augustine is approximately 35 minutes north. Background check required by the homeowners' association. Deposit required. Owners live nearby in Palm Coast should any issues arise. Will consider possibly allowing a pet. Rent includes $100 utility fee for water, sewer and electric. Renter will pay overages on a monthly basis. Cable and WiFi are included in the rent. We do require renter's insurance to include liability. This home is for short term rentals of 3-4 months and may be renewed as needed. No smoking in the home is allowed.
