The property is situated right on the shore of Forest Lake. Here you will have access to a private beach as well as a picturesque fire pit. Included in the lease is are spring and fall cleanings of the backyards. Use of lake subject to Lake Forest Association; renters must apply for annual use. All utilities are renter's responsibility.
