We pay sewer, water, internet, and trash. Tenants pay 30% of the Excel bill each month. Want to fully disclose that we are just a mom and pop and not a big company. We have just installed a tankless hot water tank that will provide endless amounts of hot water, as well as a Halo water purification system. This unit does have central air and heat. You have your own furnace/thermostat and therefore can control your own heat/air. This is our only property owned and run by our family. We do not have a dishwasher or laundry on site (laundry room coming in the spring). We are not as fancy as some of the other places in town with all the modern amenities, but we do have charm, we are quiet, and affordable. This space is a MUST SEE! The backyard features a shared BBQ, a cold plunge, comfortable seating, and a table suitable for hosting family or enjoying time alone. There is ample room in the backyard for planting a garden and enjoying the sights of birds and squirrels. We have a 6-foot privacy fence that securely locks and a security system on the surrounding property. Ample secure bike parking is available. Mailboxes are inside and secure as well.

There is a laundry mat, pizza joint, and ice cream shop at the top of the block. Fun place and neighborhood to live!
