The room: Quiet, spacious, fully furnished bedroom in a quiet cul-de-sac. Choice of upstairs or downstairs bedroom, both choices with shared bathrooms. The room is carpeted, equipped with queen-sized bed, bedside table, lamp, and a computer desk. The house: Large, two-story single family room located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Owners-occupied (2 occupants), kept extremely tidy by owner who is an interior decorator. You have access to shared space: formal living room, formal dining room, family room, kitchen, and casual dining room. There is one small terrier dog living on the property. The large kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, regular oven, kettle, stick blender, bullet blender, Nespresso machine, and most common kitchen utensils and serving ware. We have a french press, pour-over, and a coffee grinder available. We like to cook and would love to share food if it suits your taste and dietary needs (we lean towards fiber-rich, healthy home cooking with occasional specialty Taiwanese dishes). There are fruit trees in the backyard (fig, pomegranate, lemon, and mulberry). The house is within walking distance to grocery stores and eateries: Smart and Final, Sprouts, Starbucks, Noodle St, Pieology, Dutch Bros and more. ~10 minute drive to Target, Costco, Ranch 99, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, BestBuy, Chipotle, In n Out, Olive Garden, ALDI, Edwards Cinema and more. We're also within 30 minutes of major hospitals (Kaiser, Adventist Health, Riverside Community Hospital). We prefer travel nurses or medical staff but am open to long term rental.
