THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT AND HIGH ENOUGH INCOME TO EASILY PAY THE RENT. Small pets are welcome with an additional deposit. Also, please note, that this is not a short term endeavor. I will exit the lease and someone who meets the criteria will assume a regular 1 year lease. The condo is fully and nicely furnished if you wish to purchase the items and are interested in easily making the transition. If not, the items will be removed. It's a very nice upper unit with1 bed 1 bath and a patio. It will be available for move in on November 28. The rent covers all utilities except electricity. Also, please note that anyone will be hard pressed to find such a peceful area and such a great condo as this, for the price.
