This is a communal space, meaning we share our main living spaces, making sure they are clean and comfortable for everyone. Common house chores are shared, as well as mowing the lawn often (per the HOA). One dog currently, but open to additional ones with references, and assuming dogs get along. This is a great spot for people who love to spend time outside; the backyard is large and secluded, providing many options for activity or lounging. This includes a bar and dining area, a lounging area, and a desk/office area. This is a very open space that we can move things around in to find what works for us.
