The upstairs dining and living rooms are open for occasional use, possibly more.Included in the rent in addition to what is listed above includes all utilities, Netflix and high speed Internet.GREAT LOCATION:Provides easy access to freeways ( (25, 6, 70, 36). Sloans lake and lightrail stops are less than 5 blocks from house. Another park option less than 2 blocks. 10 minutes to downtown and 5 minutes to 25 freeway.THE RIGHT FIT:I'm looking for a professional that is looking for temporary or short term rentals. A minimum of 1 month and max of 6-month lease could work well, with month to month to follow. The rental can work great for an individual or couple.
