10.5' x 8.5' room available for rent in spacious San Marcos townhome. Central location right off the freeway close to colleges many restaurants in the surrounding area. The room available is on the same floor as the living room and kitchen and would have a mostly private bathroom. All utilities included with the exception of couples in which case an increase of $200 would be added. We do have a small dog, but no other pets will be allowed. If needed, we can make room for a small amount of storage in the garage. Parking is in the lot across the street.
