Before you move in, if you want to change to 2 bedrooms, I can assist that. Hard wood floor throughout the apartment except the bedroom. Laundry in unit. Very clean.
The applicant will need to go through the application process with the leasing office. But I will personally provide the move in promotions once you sign the lease with the leasing office to make the rate to $1000/ month
