I love that the apartmente is on the 3rd floor, with the right distance from the main road (so, not noisy) and with a view to the park (not the parking lot!). Also, it has an huge and excellent elevator - which I never use, but I ike to know there is one. The condo is charming and very spacious ( for a one-bedroom apartment) and has a lovely balcony, where one can relax, read or have a cup of coffee.
