This cottage used to be a garage and is a part of the historic home nearby. It's been updated to code as an additional dwelling unit (ADU) and has a lofted sleeping area and lofted hammock. Every inch of this space is thoughtfully used so our guests will be comfortable. In this home you will find a full kitchen with all the essentials to make your stay easy and comfortable. A bathroom with a stand-up shower and full laundry in the ADU. Additionally, you are greeted by a lovely porch that is supplied with a small propane BBQ for your grilling desires. The sleeping arrangements are fun and unique! There is a Queen size bed in the loft area that you access by a sturdy ladder, or if you do not like heights the couch folds out to a very comfortable sleeping option.
