The game room offers fun for every family member and a picturesque view of the backyard. This room opens up to the private, in-ground pool, making it an ideal spot for unwinding after a long day. The exterior is equally impressive, featuring a large space and various outdoor amenities, perfect for playing with the family or simply basking in the Florida sunshine. This home features four spacious themed bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, a private pool, and a game room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, poker table, and arcades. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, outdoor pool loungers, a putting green, an outdoor bar with a minifridge, and a firepit. We welcome furry friends with a written notification and host approval required. We allow one house-trained dog, with a pet fee applied and subject to a security deposit of up to $150. Boasting a prime location near Largo, Eagle Lake Park, Highland Recreation Complex, St. Petersburg, Clearwater Beach, and Downtown Clearwater, this home offers easy access to a variety of attractions and amenities. Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, and after rain, there may be some debris that washes into the pool. We value safety and privacy, with cameras outside for security purposes, none pointing to the pool area. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. We do not allow smoking or drugs inside or outside the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless agreed upon in writing. Parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway. Please respect the neighborhood and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home, and report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any rules. A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can stay connected during your stay.
