You will pay your own electrical usage, have a limited water usage without a cost increase to you, unless you go over your allotted amount. This utility cost is approx ($45-$75/mo+-) depending on the weather, your needs and habits. Filthiness affects others in the building and everyone pays for those bad indications. If you use Zillow's application tool, it will do an employment, background and credit check @$29 you can use for 30 days sending applications to any landlord, instead of my application fee of $75 thru a 3rd party security company. Required: 1) Good credit score (min 650 or over) 2) A Gross income of at least 3X your rent/month = $2070/mo (common for many rentals) verifiable using W-2's, pay stubs of the last 6 months for each job on my credit application. 3) Security Deposit $690 holds the apartment for 7 days. After the 7th day if you change your mind for ANY reason, there are no refunds (example: deposit paid Friday, good thru Thursday). Anything else paid, is refundable. After move in, the security deposit becomes the damage deposit 4) Provide GA Drivers License, Credit Card-amx visa mc (Not debit) & SS Card as proof of identity in person at leasing time. Must be able to provide verifiable contacts of min 6 mos each at current residency and employment. If you are receiving unemployment, it not only ends, but is not considered a job and cannot be considered. Any derogatory or false information given, may result in your immediate or soon move-out with no refunds of any monies collect by the Landlord as I would loose a month's rent. Any other refunds would depend on the circumstances and length of time elapsed since initial move-in. 5) After passing security check, we can move onto lease signing, and you will need to pay your deposits and fees at this time in order to move on. 6) Last month's rent $690 collected at leasing time; utility deposit $100; plus non-refundable $50 Cleaning Fee, which is self-explanatory and are all collected at leasing time. 1st month's rent of $690 should be paid by move-in day. 7) To move in with security code to apartment, secure and show proof of a 1 year Renters Insurance Policy. No exceptions! 8) The person renting the apartment must be able to pay rent on time each month which is due the 1st and has to be in the landlords hand by this time, not held up in a sending process mode thru a money app for another day.
