Here's an outline of the terms: Lease Duration: The standard lease duration is typically about 3 months, but shorter or longer terms may be negotiable based on your preferences and our availability. Rent: The monthly rent includes utilities such as water, electricity, and the internet. Use conservative practices such as limiting excessive electricity use and monitoring water use to keep costs down. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to $600 and is required upfront. This deposit is held separately and may not be applied to rent unless otherwise agreed in writing. At the end of the lease term, the studio will be inspected. If it's found to be in good condition aside from normal wear and tear the deposit will be returned in accordance with Florida law, minus any necessary deductions for damages.
