The lease amount is variable dependent on the length of term. The lawn care and house keeping are required and the costs are posted. House keeping will come twice and month and lawn care is weekly. This is a non smoking property. One small dog is permitted but requires pre approval and requires a $1000 pet fee. A credit/eviction/criminal background check is required. $50 per person on all tenants 18 and older.
