Unit is within a three unit home. It is the upper unit. No smoking, no pets (previous tenant had pets and we are now replacing everything), not section 8 eligible as we do not have everything required. We cover water and sewage, tenants are responsible for the other utilities. Background check will be conducted prior to moving in. We will contract the lease on a monthly term.
