Tri-City hospital is also near, 11 miles. Very quick drive to Cal State San Marcos 7 miles / 8 minutes. Great reviews from previous tenants and nurses who stayed here. Feedback that they especially liked walking so close in town to restaurants and more, loved having coffee on the balcony /patio, and also visiting local beaches (beach chairs and umbrella provided for guests ) Can provide referrals /references upon request.
