You can also walk to the newly built Kirkland Urban and Boardwalk that boasts two high-end grocery stores, lots of shops and a top-notch community area. We are conveniently located one mile from Costco and I-405, giving quick access to several large hospitals in less than 10 minutes. Some amenities for you to enjoy: keypad entry in front and back door, entry alarm alert, Apple TV, Xbox, Hi-Speed Wifi, Yamaha Grand Piano Keyboard, Nespresso, MoccaMaster, and Berkey Water Filter System. No more than 3 people allowed to live in the home There is free street parking available directly in front of the home. There is a $350 cleaning fee and a Refundable $1000 damage deposit.
