Cottage can be available sooner if needed with understanding that kitchen will be under revision for a day or two. Water is well water. Electric heat included up to $300/month which has been standard for the winter months. Month to month rental, 30 days notice both parties. No smoking, up to 2 dogs. Wifi internet included as well as garbage. Yard is responsibility of landlord.
