OCCUPANCY 1. 3 person's maximum for 1 bedroom apartment. RENTAL HISTORY 1. No past evictions. 2. No public record with landlord, regardless of time lapse or outcome. CREDIT HISTORY 1. No more than 4 collections items in the past two years for all applicants jointly. (No more than 3 items for one applicant) 2. No bankruptcies in the past five years. 3. No public record judgments in the last three years. 4. No credit history may result in a higher security deposit. PETS 1. No Pets allowed.
