I am being relocated for my job, looking for someone to start a new lease so that I can end my old one! It is a nice one bedroom apartment, it is on the bottom floor so it stays well insulated, I hardly ran my heater this winter because it was always warmer on the bottom floor. The appliances in the kitchen are brand new and work really well, the carpet is new and really nice. This apartment is the perfect size for one to two people! It is walking distance from the hospital, Lee's grocery, wal mart, tons of restaurants, and only two blocks from main st! I have loved living here and am sad that i'm being relocated.
