We are looking for someone to take over our 1-Bedroom lease at Terracina Apartments as we are preparing to move out of the country. The apartment unit features a recently renovated kitchen, washer and dryer, large tub, large walk-in closet, and a patio. We are looking to leave around early September, exactly date is negotiable, we could possibly do late August but would need to know as soon as possible. If you are interested please reach out ASAP as we may just break the lease with 30 days notice otherwise. The current lease ends November 21, 2025. Terracina Apartments boasts a pool and large hot tub, grilling equipment, 24-7 fitness center, clubhouse with technology center, pavillion with game tables, EV chargers, and a dog park. There are frequent resident events as well. The apartments are within walking distance of a Starbucks, pizza place, and a few other businesses. We are also very close to the Flatirons, 36, and Northwest Parkway. Rent + utilities typically comes out to just under $2000 a month including our garage parking fee, and there is the Xcel energy bill on top of that. Street parking is fee but a garage pass is $60 per car. Pets including dogs are allowed and there is a $300 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent per apartment, up to 3 pets. We have personally never had pets in our apartment. There will also be a $27 application fee per renter. Security deposit was $200. If you are interested, we would be happy to sell you some of the furnishings as well, including: 3 patio chairs Desk + desk chair Bed and mattress Tower lights by bed Shelving in the main area Kitchen and cleaning supplies Possibly the mini fridge/freezer by the desk too, undecided if we are taking it to our next place yet but we will likely need to get rid of it. Current lease ends November 21st so you will be able to either leave or renew then. rent + utilities + one garage pass typically adds up to about $2000 a month. Each renter can get a garage pass and pets are allowed with pet fees.
