Fees are collected post-booking during the digital check-in process. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. This is a smoke-free home. No smoking or vaping and no recreational drug use. Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM.
