Outside, a small garden area with a teak table and chairs awaits, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a dinner hot from the barbecue. Landscaped with tropical plants and a large monkey pod tree that spans two properties, the garden is home to numerous songbirds (manu mele), providing you with morning serenades! We are approximately a five to seven-minute walk to the world-famous Lanikai Beach, undoubtedly the best swimming beach in all of Hawai'i. The town of Kailua is only a seven-minute drive away, offering plenty of shopping, including a Whole Foods Store, and some great restaurants. Even closer is the Kailua Beach Center, which rents kayaks and other ocean toys.
