Quiet neighborhood, Chelsea Park is a block away and Seahurst Park on the sound is about a mile away (dog-friendly and simply gorgeous). Numerous restaurants/bars available, 6 Starbucks, Safeway, Trader Joes, LA Fitness, Petsmart, Mudbay, Gamestop, Fred Meyer, Farmer's Markets, etc. all very close in downtown Burien. Tenant pays all utilities. We allow animals of all shapes and sizes with pet deposit per animal depending on the animal.
