There is no garden to speak of...On the plus side. You could park 8 Smart Cars or 4 Prius'. Or an Escalade and a Prius. I think the Pictures speak for themselves. Washer and Dryer. Dishwasher ect... No low end appliances. Anything else... Feel free to ask I pay Water, Gas and Trash. You pay for electrical.
