Our names are Matt and Rad and we are considering renting our home in Golden. We are private owners and would like to see if there might be a good fit out there for renting the home longer term as we moved to the high mountains. We love this home and the neighborhood and think you'll enjoy it too if you are seeking some quiet with spacious lots! Interested in a home exchange? We are looking to rent a place in West Highlands, Sunnyside, Berkeley or Highlands areas. Let's chat! Lease terms: Preferred short term month to month or up to 6 months. Open to longer term. Utilities: Monthly price and utilities depends on lease term. For unfurnished longer leases ($3500 a month): Owner will cover sewer, trash, recycling, and water. Tenant responsible for gas, electric, cable/internet. Quantum Fiber currently provides high speed internet and we both worked remotely without issues. About the home: This is a 3 bed/3 bath with 2 bed/2 bath on the main ranch side and a small addition with 1 bed/1 bath connected to the kitchen. NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. The addition has been remodeled with a new luxurious bathroom, walk in closet and spacious living room. The main home has 2 bedrooms with one bedroom having a small en suite bathroom. A spacious yard with large 8 foot privacy fence in the backs gives you a relaxing place to eat dinner or play with the pups after a long day. There is an oversized 2 car garage as well. Note: There is only central AC on the addition side of the home where the master bedroom and bathroom are located. The main home does not have central AC which is typical for this area. The large trees keep the home cool and we use a portable AC unit on particularly hot days. Neighborhood: Great quiet neighborhood with tree lined street and trails at the end of the street. Close to downtown Golden (10 min) and easy access to downtown Denver (15-20 min) or the high mountains (30 min Georgetown, Silverthorne 1 hour). We enjoy trail running, mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding which are all easy activities to do on a daily basis! We love it here and have been in the area for 9 years. We are only leaving because I took a job up in the mountains. Pet Policy: No cats or other animals. Only Dogs allowed with maximum of 2. No smoking, no drugs, no parties/events 2 dogs maximum, no other pets allowed. Lease term: Preferred month to month, 3 month or 6 month terms.
