    What's special

    I'm renting more than half of my apartment out to the right individual, but only charging half of the actual rent + utilities. It's a one-bedroom, and this space is essentially the living room + dining room, very large and capable of holding a lot of furniture plus a king size bed and probably a trampoline if you wanted - lots of room for activities. **Be informed - the space doesn't have an enclosed door or anything, it is open to the hallway an kitchen. If privacy is important, room-dividers are a great option.** I'd be in the bedroom which is much smaller, but completely separated down the hallway. I'm 27, and a full-time student and employee at NSC and part-time employed at Microsoft. The apartment is very calm and clean; neighbors aren't loud and go to bed pretty early. It's right across from a golf course as well. The building is located in an ideal position for commuting as it is along several major bus lines, walking distance from a park & go, and about a 30 second drive to I-5 or I-405. My unit is already wired for Comcast internet, and WiFi or a direct Ethernet line are available if you choose to use the internet, otherwise I'm not going to charge you for it of course. I do have one cat, but he's super friendly, well-mannered, doesn't shed much, and loves people. However, if you have a cat allergy this probably won't be the best situation for you. Also, if you have a pet of your own we could most likely work it out between them. Move-in would be available on Jan. 01, possibly sooner. The management office will do a background check, and you don't have to pay last month rent or anything, but at least a 6 month lease is required. You'd also have access to a large kitchen and a single bathroom with tub/shower. Washer & dryer are inside the unit, totally normal not coin-fed or anything. Lots of closet space is available, and the unit is on the first floor so moving in will be easy, and no stairs required to traverse while carrying 10 bags of groceries. We'll split the fridge space, should be plenty of room for 2 people as it's a full-size fridge. No smoking in the unit, but feel free to smoke whatever legal substances you'd like on the outside patio. It's pretty private and semi-enclosed, also I have my Weber grill out there if you ever want to use it. Plus the unit is right next to the mailboxes. PLUS - there's a personal fireplace, nice and cozy and a great way to keep warm in the winter! Room is only available to men - women need not apply. Normal utilities (water, sewage, garbage, internet).
