Greetings! I'm a 55-year-old female landlord, mostly living "up north" for work. I spend ~3 nights/month in Rosemount. I'm seeking a responsible female tenant (or couple) to rent my beautiful, furnished townhome, which would be shared very infrequently during my rare visits. Ideal Tenant: * Responsible professional female (or couple) of any age. * No big animals. A well-behaved cat or a small, non-shedding dog might be allowed. Townhome Features: * Main living area on the first level includes a fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, and a half-bath. * Upper level features a laundry room, office loft, and the tenant's bedroom suite with a full bathroom and spacious walk-in closet. (Landlord's bedroom suite is also on the upper level and locked when I'm away.) * Attached two-car garage. * Snow removal and lawn care are taken care of by the HOA. Rental Details: * This an incredible deal compared to 1BR apartments in the area, which don't offer the space or privacy of a townhome and don't have attached garage parking. * All utilities are already set up and included in the rental rate, which is not the case when renting an apartment. * HOA regulations prefer a 12-month lease, but please inquire if you're interested in a shorter term, and we can discuss. * Rental rate and owner-sharing arrangement may be negotiable. Note: This situation truly feels like having your own place, as even when I'm rarely in town, I'm usually visiting family or friends and not around much. Prefer no pets but may consider well-behaved non-scratching cat or small non-shedding dog. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping in property. (Prefer tenant who does not smoke.) No big parties. ALL utility costs are included: gas, electric, water, fast internet, extended cable, trash, HOA fees. Maintenance arrangement with local handyman.
