    What's special

    Remodeled kitchen
Nice quiet neighborhood with excellent views of the city. Upper level is 750 sq. feet and consists of 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom with hardwood, travertine tile, and granite floors upstairs and LVP & epoxy downstairs. Lower (ground floor) level consists of a courtyard with a decorative iron gate, a 225 sq ft single-car garage and a HUGE (250 sq ft) temp-controlled storage area (the size of 2 rooms!). House is newly painted (both inside and out) and well-cared for (with new garage door, new stove, etc.) and has other features meant for comfort such as built in dimmable ceiling lights, built in closets/tables, a hidden hard-wired security system, a button which allows you to unlock the downstairs security gate from upstairs, a whisper quiet Bosch dishwasher, full size washer & dryer (with steam press abilities), central heat, skylight, etc. Backyard has a waterfall and breath-taking views of the city. Walking distance to John McClaren Park, bus stops, and shops although people with cars are more likely to enjoy this area best (due to plenty of street parking in addition to the garage!) Price is firm. Please note that the bedroom pic displayed is of the smallest bedroom. I don’t have any pics of the larger bedroom or ground floor yet. Also, the day city view was taken from the main bedroom window and the night city view was taken when standing in my backyard. There is construction going on next door and I'm not sure how these views will be affected. I plan to update these pics (to show what the view looks like after construction has finished) as well as add additional pics soon! Thanks!
What the owner loves about this home
The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and my home is only 3 blocks away from a large, beautiful park. Spectacular city views can be seen from my backyard and bedroom windows. My neighbors are great and there is a strong sense of community here. There is plenty of street parking in addition to the garage. And the house is close enough to be part of the city (it is IN San Francisco and has all the convenience and diversity of being in a major city) but is remote enough that it doesn't experience the crime and foot traffic that other parts of San Francisco experiences. It is a serene area of the city, built on solid natural ground, with spectacular views.
