Beautiful huge old house in Akron's Highland Square neighborhood. 4 bedrooms, 2 currently furnished, furnished living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 3-room finished attic, large porch, washer and dryer, utilities included, off-street parking, 3 minutes' walk to 2 bus lines, 5-7 minutes walk to everyhthing in Highland Square. Month-to-month only. Owner will not be living on-site, but may access tools in basement and garage, with reasonable notice to tenant. Owner pays all utilities, but... water is expensive in Akron. Excess water consumption (over 500 cuft per month, which should be plenty!) will be billed at the City of Akron rate and deducted from the security deposit. No smoking in the house. The driveway is shared with the house next door - don't block the drive! Also, be considerate of neighbors when parking on the street. Owner will have access to the basement and garage, with reasonable notice to the tenant. Tenants will have to supply their own linens. The beds are full size. Owner will handle any maintenance issues, please notify owner promptly of any leaks/drips/breakages. The electric system is old, and it can't run air conditioners in all the rooms at this time.
