Private room in house with front and backyard patios. One female 37 roommate. Three bedroom, Two bath house, so you'd basically have your own bathroom, but share with guests. Off street parking in driveway. Large living, dining, and kitchen. Garage space for some storage or sports equipment. I have a ton of cooking utensils, outdoor patio furniture, and a barbecue you're welcome to use. One well behaved dog may be considered. The room is furnished but if you have your own, I can remove the current furniture. 3 month lease to start, move to month to month after that. If you're interested in seeing the place, let me know! I garden, cook, craft, play strategy board games, swim, Peloton, hike, and work. I'm clean and like to keep things put away, but no one's perfect, so when I'm running out the door or doing a project and finishing laundry, it may take a half a day to get back to it. I spend time with friends and family in the area, but also enjoy hanging at home. Respecting each others space is really important to me and anything can be worked out with open communication. No smoking, big parties, or loud music.
