Have no eviction or in the process of undergoing eviction. 7. Have a 3-5 year rental history entered via the Zillow application. For prior homeowners, submit the home address and the mortgage company name. 8. Be able to handle minor maintenance and upkeep of the property. 9. Provide a copy of legal status in the US (passport, birth certificate, alien registration card, employment authorization documents, etc.) 10. Provide a copy of driver's license.
